Our Friend Leo is a proof-of-concept developed by the D/C Makers, an internship program at Duncan/Channon.
We were inspired by the strong relationships people have with their possessions; we already name our cars, our iPods, and yes, our guitars. What if our possessions felt the same way about us? How would they express their feelings? With that in mind, we designed and engineered a device to give an inanimate object a digital presence, to incorporate the physical object into our virtual social world.
Created at Duncan/Channon with Hannah Puckett, Timothy Trieu & Robin Yang, with support from Adam Flynn, Michael Lemme, Davi Serrano & Robbie Whiting
